Against the backdrop of headlines on Israel’s four elections, the recent conflict with Hamas and internal strife in Israel’s mixed Jewish-Arab cities, it’s no wonder that more and more young people are seeking honest, nuanced information on everyday life that goes beyond the headlines.
We have seen a significant spike in visits and views for our short videos and podcasts over the last several months in all topic areas. But views of four short videos, on seemingly unrelated topics, each exceeded the half-million views mark: Eli Cohen, the Mossad’s master spy, Deni Avdija, Israel’s basketball export to the NBA, the wonder women of the Israel Defense Forces, and an inside view of the Mossad’s top elite operations.
These Unpacked videos do have one thing in common: all celebrate pride in Israel’s heros.
