OpenDor Media is thrilled to announce a partnership with renowned Israeli journalist and analyst, Haviv Rettig Gur, to further their mission of strengthening an understanding of and connection to Israel and the Jewish people by producing high-quality, nuanced and engaging content.
Rettig Gur, a senior analyst at The Times of Israel, has covered Israeli politics, the country’s foreign and regional policies, as well as its relationship with the Jewish diaspora. In his role as Senior Educational Advisor, Rettig Gur will work closely with the team to develop, review, and enhance content related to Israeli politics, foreign affairs, and history. He will also feature as a presenter in a selection of upcoming videos on the UNPACKED YouTube and social media channels, as well as a guest on podcast episodes of Wondering Jews with Mijal and Noam and Unpacking Israeli History.
In addition, Rettig Gur joins the advisory board for a new OpenDor Media division focused on empowering independent and public schools to engage thoughtfully with the topics of Israel-Palestine, antisemitism, Jewish history, courageous conversations, and media literacy.
