  • Travel and Presentation Coordination: Organize travel schedules and presentation needs for educators, ensuring alignment with school visits for optimized scheduling.
  • Program and Team Oversight: Support the Program Director by preparing sessions, monitoring task completion, and holding team members accountable for timely delivery of ConnectED activities.
  • Technical and Logistical Event Support: Provide technical support for webinars and manage logistics for in-person and virtual events, ensuring a smooth experience for all participants.
  • Content Management: Update and maintain ConnectED website resources, uploading videos and educational content to keep resources current and accessible to participating schools.
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Facilitate initiation, planning, and execution phases of new projects, establishing clear goals, roles, and schedules while tracking progress and addressing any issues.
