At OpenDor Media (ODM), we are looking for a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Founder, with his fundraising efforts and projects. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
The right candidate will be a strong problem-solver, a clear communicator, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work with our Founder in his office in central Jerusalem once or twice a week. This position requires flexibility as it involves coordinating meetings and projects in both Israel and the U.S.
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of fundraising initiatives and new projects. Reporting to the Vice President of Development, you will help drive efficiency, streamline processes, and provide essential support.

Our target salary range for this position is 10,000 - 12,000 NIS/month. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience in similar roles, and expertise related to the qualifications.
